Maiden Newton resident Chris Tripp, is interested in working with local Bed and Breakfast owners, looking to promote their accommodation to his Archeology groups:
"I am an archaeologist living in Maiden Newton, I take people out into the landscape to look at and appreciate the heritage of Dorset, whether they are visitors or locals."
"I am looking to work with B&B owners so that more people are attracted to this area to stay and if they wish they have the choice to participate in my guided walks. This is an opportunity to attract a wider audience for B&B owners and a unique added selling point. There is a big following for archaeology and Dorset is rich in sites and monuments – it’s not all about the World Heritage coast."
