Throughout the period December 27 to Monday 3 January, the first train southwards will start at Westbury instead of Bristol. This should not affect the timing, 07.54 at Maiden Newton.
Network Rail is investing in major improvements to the railway at Reading. This Christmas and New Year (25 Dec - 3 Jan) sees the first major piece of work on the project with Reading Station closed. All First Great Western West of England services to London will be diverted to use Waterloo. If you are travelling to or from London during this period, please check your train times.
Copies of First Great Western's Timetable 27 and of the Line Guide (which incorporates a large print timetable) are available from No. 64, the Newsagents.
