Yes it does flood sometimes in Maiden Newton and Frome Vauchurch as occasionally witnessed by Colin pictured below. But the Environment Agency seems to think that we live in Water World if we may judge from the �at risk of flooding� map shown here (by their kind permission). I hope that the information on this map is not reflected in our insurance premiums.
